Yes! A wonderful article - very similar thinking to mine (since about 2002, in Queensland - trying to create a Lighting Innovation Centre for the Tropics/ trying to get Greywater Stakeholders to collaborate systemically during the Millennium Drought, 2007) though much better articulated ;-) Now the focus also needs to build toward 'antifragility' to try to build necessary collapse resilience (another feature of deliberately designed redundancy in ecosystems) in the face of social-ecological systems collapse due to ecological overshoot and deliberate social undershoot.
